Role Purpose Statement We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 12 years’ experience to join the Agri Center Of Excellence team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Global SAP Trading/Contract Lead will be responsible for global tradgin/contracts processes within the global SAP Team. As a solution lead, they will champion the design, development and deployment of all system business processes and functionality in the related SAP module (and non-SAP when relevant).

They will manage and develop a team of professionals and lead large projects to deploy solutions across different regions.

• Global solution lead/owner for all Agri trading/contracts business processes and related SAP solutions based on GTM/SD/MM or other modules (or non-SAP applications) plus actively drive the alignment / standardization across all countries globally.
• Drive large & complex solution design with limited supervision to answer to business needs globally.
• Lead large project solution deployment including tactical aspects & budget follow-up.
• Drive performance through a medium-sized team of internal and external professionals reporting to them.
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term partnerships with our internal clients.
• Accountable for the success, quality, stability of trading/contracting solutions in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio including the whole release management process, knowledge management and solution support.

Technical Knowledge: 12+ experience in Agribusiness industry with deep business knowledge of execution & settlement related processes. Deep knowledge of trading/contracting part is also key.

Technical: 12+ year’s experience in designing/implementing SAP key modules (MM/SD, GTM/FI/PS a plus).

Strong analytical skills and organizational skills (ability to structure work in a complex environment).

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field (Master Degree or MBA are a plus)
• 12+ years experiences in a similar position or equivalent
• 12+ years SAP expertise in SAP areas (MM and SD module)
