Job Summary (SAP P2P Functional Consultant/Lead)
Location:
St. Louis, MO
- Lead and configure SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) processes including sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and payments.
- Set up and maintain plant structures in SAP (production plants, warehouses, distribution centers).
- Configure and support workflows using Flexible Workflows or SAP Build Process Automation.
- Implement and maintain Open Text Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
- Manage and optimize Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Contract Management, Purchase Requisition, and Order Management processes.
- Oversee Invoice and Payment Processing including ACH, Checks, Wires, and invoice data exchange.
- Ensure integration and alignment with SAP Finance processes.
- Manage Material, Vendor, and Customer Master data in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in at least two SAP S/4 HANA full lifecycle implementation and support projects.
