We’re seeking a Data Architect / Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in shaping how enterprise data is structured, understood, and used. This role blends deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen—partnering closely with senior stakeholders, particularly within finance and construction operations, to translate complex needs into clear data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
With a strong development background and a forward-looking mindset, this role provides architectural guidance and technical direction to data, application, and BI teams without serving as a hands-on developer. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Data Architect / Senior BA helps ensure enterprise data is accurate, scalable, and intentionally designed to support both current operations and future growth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate needs into technical direction.
- Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture, ensuring data is scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
- Design and guide data models, data flows, and reporting structures to support analytics, financial reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, ask the right questions, and identify data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural direction.
- Accountable to ensure all systems are designed to support the CIO’s strategic plan enabling the business to scale and provide efficient dynamic platforms.
- Review and guide complex SQL logic, joins, reporting structures, and data transformations.
- Ensure solutions are thoughtfully designed, well-documented, and aligned with advanced reporting and analytics needs, with a strong emphasis on finance and construction-related data.
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or senior business analysis.
- Strong prior development experience with advanced SQL, joins, and enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and Analytics. Familiar with Data Warehouse and Integrations.
