The D&A organization is the engine that enables data-driven growth and innovation for the business unit. We are responsible for expanding advanced analytics capabilities, activating AI/ML initiatives, driving product and pricing strategy, and enhancing data value and monetization. You will report directly to the EWS Chief Data & Analytics Officer.

What

you’ll do

As the Data & Programs Management Leader, you will sit at the critical intersection of strategy, execution, and governance. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for the operational heartbeat of the D&A organization, ensuring our strategic initiatives are flawlessly executed and our data is managed with the highest compliance standards. This is a dynamic role for a results-oriented leader to translate high-level strategy into tangible business results, manage a complex portfolio of programs, and foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement:
    Lead a data-driven cycle of continuous improvement by hosting retrospectives, identifying process gaps, and implementing changes that streamline operations and maximize team impact.
  • Serve as a Guardian of Data use and access:
    Support the disposition of data privacy and use case requests, serving as a guardian of our data assets and mitigating legal and financial risk.
  • Strategy Development & Execution:
    Bridge Strategy and Execution — translate high-level strategy into tangible business results and develop/executing strategic initiatives like AI adoption and innovation.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation:
    Advance a culture of engagement, growth, and innovation through knowledge-sharing sessions, team-building events, and performance recognition programs.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, IAPP) are highly desirable.
  • Overall

    Experience:

    10+ years in program or product management, data governance, or strategic planning, preferably in fast-paced technology, big data, or financial services.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a track record of innovation and maintaining predictability under resource constraints.
  • Agile Expertise:
    Experience with Agile operating models, including facilitating large-scale planning ceremonies like PI Planning.
  • Strategic Acumen:
    Ability to translate corporate strategy into executable programs with tangible financial results.
  • Communication & Influence:
    Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to build consensus across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Data Governance Knowledge:
    Understanding of data management principles, data privacy regulations (e.g., FCRA), and use-case governance in a complex data environment.
