Description
We are a leading global manufacturing company seeking a skilled Salesforce Database Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our Salesforce platform across multiple business units and international regions. This role will be the primary point of contact for end‑user troubleshooting and focus on data modeling, integrity, migration, integration, and maintenance to ensure Salesforce supports the end‑to‑end sales, service, and operations lifecycle while aligning with the business’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support
- Assist with data imports, exports, and data hygiene
- Monitor platform performance and conduct regular audits
- Lead user testing and deployment processes
- Partner with departments to translate needs into system improvements, streamlining and automating manual processes
- Design, document and optimize data models (objects, relationships)
- Build and maintain dashboards & reports for sales, customer service, marketing & key stakeholders
- Design and oversee implementation of integration with external systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, ERP’s, KBMax)
- Develop training materials & guide users towards onboarding sessions based on role
- Enforce data governance and security policies in compliance with internal standards and local regulations (GDPR, etc.)
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a complex, multi-region organization
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (CPQ, & Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
- Strong understanding of Data Migration and implementation tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling and system architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and various change management tools (e.g., Gearset / Jira)
- Experience working in or supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to travel when necessary (less than 10%)
