Roles and Responsibilities- Senior Client Solutions Architect assists AHEAD Client Directors through formal technical presentations and technical design assistance of AHEAD’s solution and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Leads all technical aspects of a sales campaign and hand off to the consulting and services team; maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Acts as a thought leader within the Engineering organization, designing, architecting, and consulting for AHEAD clients.
- Has deep knowledge across the Enterprise Cloud Framework including Cloud Management and Operations, Security, Datacenter Infrastructure and Public Cloud.
- Works with one or more Client Directors to build a cohesive account strategy for existing and prospective clients; helps identify potential technologies and vendors to partner within an account and drives this strategy through the sales campaign.
- Time management and prioritization are essential; acts as a technical thought leader for each client, leading strategy, comparing approaches, sizing and configuring products, and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to scale effectiveness within accounts.
- Provides insight and details regarding work effort and client engagement to enable KPI tracking using provided tools.
- Maintains a commitment to continual education for self, clients, and team resources.
- Collaborates with Practice Directors to provide input for new solutions and offerings.
- Presents regularly at AHEAD events, user groups, conferences, and forums.
- Leads Solution Verification / BOM Review process for the geography.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of pre-sales and data center experience.
- Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales campaign.
- Knowledge in data center solutions: storage, networking, compute, virtualization, data center management/automation, and security.
- Ability to work under pressure and influence others to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well within a team and partner environment.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
$210,000 - $250,000 a year.

The compensation range reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, including base salary and any applicable target bonus. OTE may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
