- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (Preferably SAP) system issues related to Logistics and Supply Chain processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and SMEs to gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
- Assist in the functional design and configuration of ERP (Preferably SAP) solutions, focusing on optimizing system performance and user experience.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Perform system testing and validation for changes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across applications.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Support training initiatives for end-users to enhance system adoption and utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field with 5+ years of relevant IT experience in a supply chain or logistics context.
- Hands‑on experience in supporting ERP (preferably SAP) solutions, particularly in Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong understanding of End‑to‑End Business processes, including integration points across various applications.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, with experience in participating in project teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT service support, service delivery, and change control processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning about emerging technologies and industry standards.
- Training/ Certifications in ERP systems are Preferable.
