Associate Regional Partner Manager

This role is remote, supporting the Central region and must be located near a major airport.

The role...

We are looking for an energetic, results‑driven Associate Partner Manager to join our Global Partner Organization. As an ARPM, you will be the engine behind our mid‑market and SMB partner ecosystem, driving growth through our Armis SELECT Partner Program.

You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with regional Value‑Added Resellers (VARs), Technology Partners, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring they are enabled, motivated, and actively building a pipeline for the Armis Centrix™ platform. This is a high‑impact role that bridges the gap between our internal sales teams and our external partner community.

What you’ll do...

• Partner Enablement:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regional partners, ensuring they are fully trained on the Armis Centrix™ value proposition and the Armis Select Partner Program.

• Pipeline Generation:
Drive proactive outbound activities with partners to identify new customer opportunities. Coordinate joint "Lunch and Learns," webinars, and sales blitzes, etc.

• Deal Registration Management:
Oversee the deal registration process, ensuring partners follow the rules of engagement and assisting them through the sales cycle to close, as well as ensuring all opportunities are properly tagged within the region.

• Strategic Alignment:
Work closely with Territory Account Managers and Regional Partner Managers to ensure partner activities align with regional sales goals.

• Performance Tracking:
Monitor partner KPIs, including pipeline health, certification completion, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Market Intelligence:
Stay current on the competitive landscape (IT/OT/IoT/IoMT security) to help partners position Armis as the #1 Cyber Exposure Management solution.

• Partner Recruitment:
Work with RPM and Sales to create a list of target partners for the region and manage the process of recruiting those as well as any inbound partners.

• Partner Management:
Manage all non‑focus partners within a region and build business plans, where appropriate, as well as be the initial point of contact for day‑to‑day activities.

• Sell:
Work closely with partner on sales in non‑named accounts in our Growth territories.

What we expect...



Experience:

2–4 years of experience in Channel Sales, Inside Sales, or Partner Management within the SaaS or Cybersecurity industry.

• Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade partners at all levels.

• Ownership: A proactive "Owner, not passenger" mindset. You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen.

• Technical Aptitude:
Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically around asset intelligence and the "agentless" security model.

• Organization:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and tasks simultaneously without losing focus.

• Tech Stack:
Proficiency in  (SFDC) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.

A self‑motivated, independent thinker who understands the Enterprise customer segment. The salary range guidance for this position is: $80,,000. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (i.e., bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates.
