What You'll Do

As the Senior Performance Insights Manager, you will transform talent acquisition, marketing, and candidate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable business outcomes. You'll lead the development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and advanced analytics that illuminate performance across the full recruiting funnel and connect hiring efforts to firm growth.

1. Talent Acquisition Performance & Business Impact

  • Build analytics and dashboards that measure end-to-end TA performance, linking acquisition efforts to revenue growth, retention, and advisor success metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define future-state TA measures that demonstrate the business impact of hiring strategies and recruiting investments.
  • Conduct analyses that connect candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends to financial outcomes and long-term retention.

2. Marketing Performance & ROI Analysis

  • Deliver a holistic view of full-funnel marketing performance across brand campaigns, performance media, owned channels, sourcing platforms, and recruiter/field strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive ROI and attribution analyses, including campaign matchback and multi-touch attribution.
  • Analyze candidate journey metrics and financial data to demonstrate return on investment and optimize spend.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Design and implement automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into both marketing and overall talent acquisition performance.
  • Ensure dashboards integrate data from Snowflake, Oracle HCM, and other enterprise systems, enabling scalable and accurate reporting.
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for visualization in Power BI and Tableau, ensuring clarity and usability for diverse audiences.

4. Strategic Analytics Leadership

  • Lead prioritization and scope definition for Talent Acquisition analytics needs that require execution through centralized firm analytics or external partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop innovative solutions to measure and evolve omnichannel marketing performance, including CRM activations and website optimization.
  • Proactively identify new business, marketing, or efficiency opportunities, propose solutions, and drive implementation with leadership support.
  • Create compelling, data-driven stories that inform decisions on marketing campaigns, recruiting strategies, and experience design.

Hiring Minimum: $99200

Hiring Maximum: $168900

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred (or relevant work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, or a related field with measurable business impact.
  • 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including dashboard development and advanced data visualization.
  • Proven ability to connect analytics to business outcomes such as revenue growth, retention, and ROI.

What could set you apart

  • Proficiency with reporting in Google Analytics/GA4
  • Experience measuring and optimizing customer journeys, marketing programs & campaigns, marketing automation and personalization.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is a big plus.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as:
