• Create and execute manual testing to ensure production readiness and develop automated UI and integration tests
• Foster comprehensive automated testing environments for integration, load, performance, and UI tests
• Perform exploratory, cross‑browser, and boundary testing of new and existing features
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and collaborate with QA resources across the IT organization
• Provide high‑availability support for applications and platforms to ensure optimal uptime

• 1‑2+ years of practical experience in quality assurance
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of software defect tracking technologies and programming languages, especially Go
• Familiarity with REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs, and tools such as Postman for data verification
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Browser Stack, k6)
• Knowledge of observability platforms (e.g., Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Interest in Identity and Access Management concepts like SSO and account management
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
