At Edward Jones, the People Analytics Team plays a critical role in shaping talent strategy and enhancing the employee experience through data-driven insights. We are seeking a candidate who can deliver actionable insights, craft compelling narratives, and build strong partnerships within the HR domain. This role requires expertise in people analytics, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful stories.

Key Responsibilities Data Acumen
  • Navigate multiple data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle) and leverage statistical software, reporting tools, and products to perform analyses and deliver insights.
Research Methods
  • Formulate hypotheses and apply a wide range of statistical methodologies to test them using structured and unstructured data.
  • Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Approach problems with rigorous logic and curiosity, seeking deeper answers beyond the obvious.
  • Distill large volumes of information into concise, understandable insights.
  • Communicate findings verbally and visually using clear, impactful graphics.
Storytelling
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives that answer the "so what" and "now what" for senior audiences.
  • Translate business needs into analytical insights and products that drive measurable value.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate proactively with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise (CoE) teams to provide thought leadership on analysis projects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, timelines, and outcomes.
Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct advanced analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights across the employee lifecycle and key HR areas such as employee listening, talent and performance, and learning and development.
Business Acumen
  • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations that improve organizational performance and deliver measurable business value.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on emerging trends in people analytics, introducing external perspectives and enhancing product offerings to maximize impact.
Data Integrity & Governance
  • Exercise exceptional judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive employee data.

Hiring Minimum: $99200

Hiring Maximum: $168900
