Client Support Analyst

• Execute tasks based on direction from the Client Care Manager
• Collaborate with internal client champions to define success criteria for projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in Solarity environments
• Perform testing, including acceptance and regression testing, with application business owners
• Troubleshoot and elevate workflow or application design issues as necessary

• 1+ year of relevant business analysis, technical analysis, software support, or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to self-organize and achieve assigned goals with limited supervision

• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
• Basic understanding of HTML, XML, Lua programming language, and HL7 interface
• Associate or professional certification in a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or other diagramming tools
• Background in healthcare information technology
