Leads all aspects of RGA’s global Workforce Collaboration Services teams, overseeing and directing teams spanning Email and Messaging, Workforce Collaboration Services, and Workstation Engineering. Establishes goals, metrics, and seeks opportunities for improvements, assigns responsibilities, and provides training opportunities for associates. Determines and acquires resources needed for projects and support activities. Participates in the development of policies, procedures, standards, controls, and best practices.
Supports IT‑related business planning requirements including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning.
- Lead multiple larger and more complex projects and/or technology initiatives and apply innovative solutions to the administration of the Infrastructure Application Services teams.
- Perform supervisory duties including hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining direct reports. Mentor associates within the department.
- Demonstrate leadership in technology architecture lish technology strategy documents internally. Evaluate and implement new technology appropriately.
- Maintain and foster internal client relationships. Take ownership of the relationship and ensure that clients’ objectives are met.
- Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet obligations and budget expectations.
- Develop and establish strategic and long‑range goals and direction for the Workforce Collaboration Services area of Global IT Infrastructure.
- Analyze customer and business requirements and assist team functions in determining priorities and applying resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Master’s degree and/or LOMA certification (preferred)
- 10+ years Information Technology or related systems experience, emphasizing Intune, Tanium, M365, Service Now, and other collaboration services.
- 5+ years management and technical leadership, including supervisory experience in Information Technology.
- Highly advanced project management skills with the ability to evaluate objectives, scope, schedule resources, and manage budgets.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, conveying business terminology effectively.
- People‑management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sub‑teams simultaneously, including delegation of key responsibilities.
- Adaptability to new methods and the ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft’s M365 services and how to deploy them for global companies.
- Negotiating with third‑party service providers and contract terms.
- Negotiating IT hardware/software contract terms.
- Demonstrated success working with internal and external application development groups.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft’s M365 services, Proofpoint, Exchange, VDI solutions and other collaboration services.
- Insurance industry knowledge.

$ – $ Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. RGA provides an annual bonus plan that is available to all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in a long-term equity incentive plan.
