SBS Creatix is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to support an enterprise API Office within a large technology organization. This team serves as the central hub for API governance, strategy, and best practices, enabling application teams to develop, publish, and consume APIs across the enterprise.

In this role, you will support API Marketplace, do intake, understand best proactices, maintain accessess around licensing, understand API marketplace and help administer it, document, manage reporting and dashboards, and partner closely with technical teams and stakeholders. This opportunity offers strong visibility across multiple IT teams and exposure to modern API and event-driven architecture platforms.

• Triage, prioritize, and track incoming work requests through completion

• Coordinate meetings, architecture sessions, and team events

• Support Scrum best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate and organized team documentation

• Compile metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

• Manage tool access and license usage for team-owned platforms

• Evaluate technical requests and assist with feasibility assessments and solution options

• Must be local to St. Louis, Missouri or surrounding area

• One to two years of experience in an IT, Business Analyst, or related role

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using JIRA and collaboration tools such as Share Point
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager
• General understanding of API concepts including REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integrations
