At Edward Jones our Data Security team is security developing controls, requirements and architecture patterns that empowers the firm to innovate securely by embedding resilient, regulation-aligned security practices across all data environments, and fostering a culture where confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data are foundational to business success. In a Senior Security Solution Engineering role, you will be expected to facilitate and lead cross-functional data security projects and forums.

Working with a diverse array of stakeholders, you will advise on technical data security requirements for the firm's data governance, privacy, protection, and risk platforms. This is an exceptional challenge and opportunity for someone who is excited for rapid change and continuous learning.

• Advise governance, privacy and legal teams to define and maintain classification schemas and metadata tagging/labeling policies.

• Lead testing & evaluation, deployment, and management data security platform solutions.

• Provide direction and technical leadership working closely with stakeholders to guide deployment of new data security-related solutions.

• Create a strong team environment and builds technical skills through training and mentoring others.

• Provide subject matter expertise and assistance to debug and correct internal and external data security related infrastructure problems.

• Create and maintain security policies, requirements, and architecture patterns for use in ongoing support and future efforts that require modifications or upgrades to the infrastructure.

Hiring Minimum: $120000

Hiring Maximum: $204300
