Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact between customers and service providers (carriers and vendors), managing projects related to internet installations, voice solution deployments, and other IT services. You will ensure all project milestones are met, communication is clear, and deliverables are on track for successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage IT service projects from initiation through completion.
- Submit and track service orders with various internet and telecom carriers and technology vendors.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and external service providers.
- Advocate for the client throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client assets, service inventory, and project documentation.
- Provide back‑office support to Sales and other internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through effective communication and follow‑through.
- Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
- Experience in project coordination or project management (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecommunications, IT services, or working with service providers (a plus).
