Responds to requests for service incidents and provides on-site, in-house, and remote technical service support, installation, configuration and incident resolution in Macintosh & PC/network environments. Specialist provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment, as well as, diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
Qualifications- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks pertaining to computer hardware, software or operating systems.
