About the RoleWe’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to own and scale our global learning and upskilling ecosystem. This is a highly autonomous, strategic role focused on building systems that elevate performance, accelerate onboarding, and prepare our talent for the future of work — including AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to design learning programs that drive measurable impact for both our Growth Assistants and our clients.
What You’ll Do1) Strategic Ownership & Learning Design- Own the global learning and upskilling strategy across onboarding, ongoing development, coaching, and advanced programs
- Design scalable learning pathways that improve readiness, performance, and client outcomes
- Identify emerging skill needs (including AI) and proactively build future-ready programs
- Lead and develop our Success Team Coaches, setting clear expectations and quality standards
- Build coaching frameworks that support performance, growth, and retention
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Lead our AI Accelerator and advanced skills initiatives
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts to develop high-impact curriculum
- Design bespoke onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients
- Define success metrics for onboarding, training, and upskilling programs
- Analyze trends and share insights with leadership
- Continuously refine learning experiences based on data and feedback
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Instructional Design
- Experience building scalable learning programs for distributed or global teams
- Strong leadership experience managing coaches, trainers, or L&D professionals
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning design
- Data-driven, systems-minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally
