Overview

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage our Corporate Services Service Now Delivery team. This role is responsible for leading a group of Service Now professionals, driving solution delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Team Lead will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure Service Now solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Now developers and analysts located in the US and internationally.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.
  • Service Now Solution Delivery
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of Service Now solutions across HR, Finance, and Global business domains.
  • Collaborate with IT, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative Service Now solutions.
  • Ensure teams meet commitments while adhering to organizational quality, methodology, and architecture standards.
  • Promote delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement in Service Now processes and solutions.
  • Process Improvement & Issue Resolution
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and team effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and quality within and across teams.
  • Escalate and remove impediments to maximize team performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating technical and process details for diverse audiences.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, MIS, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of management experience in Service Now or enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, including HRSD module, and custom application development.
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
