• What is the purpose of this team?
• Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.
• Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? – The purpose of the ETL team is to onboard new sources for supplemental data information outside of claims about delivery of health services to a plans members for calculating HEDIS measures.

• Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).
• What are the performance expectations/metrics?
• What makes this role unique? – Attend scrum ceremonies (stand-up, technical working session, grooming, sprint planning etc.)
• Collaborate with team members on solutions
• Troubleshoot issues reported by the users or technical team members
• Utilize SSIS, SQL Server tools to implement custom flat file processing into an internal application’s database
• Validate results of other developers processes
• Participate in team standups and sprint ceremonies

Expectation is to develop 3 or more custom onboarding flat file processes per 2 week sprint
