HANA Engineering Functional Integration Lead.

What You Will Be Doing

As an S/4

HANA Engineering Functional Integration Lead, you will serve as the bridge between engineering, business operations, and SAP implementation teams. You will partner with process owners, IT, and leadership to align engineering and operational processes with the new SAP S/4

HANA environment. You’ll combine technical acumen with business insight to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic liaison between business teams and SAP delivery/IT teams.
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, pain points, and data challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and SAP configurations.
  • Oversee integration and configuration of SAP S/4

    HANA core modules (Asset Management, Source to Pay, Project Systems).
  • Troubleshoot complex cross-functional integration issues and work closely with technical experts.
  • Support user acceptance testing, documentation, and rollout readiness.
  • Define KPIs and develop process performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Promote standardization while maintaining local flexibility in global operations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP, including S/4

    HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Deep functional knowledge in at least one of the following:
    Asset Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report.
  • Proven experience managing SAP integrations (non-SAP systems, data interfaces, middleware).
  • Strong grasp of master data governance, data mapping, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in large-scale S/4

    HANA transformation programs, especially post-merger integrations.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or life sciences preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods and global team coordination.
  • Multilingual capability (Portuguese, German, or Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $57.40 – $82.00/hr.
