Overview

We are seeking an IT Program Manager III to join our Buyflow Services team
, leading complex programs that directly support new products and services across digital buyflows. This role will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Product, Customer Operations, and IT delivery teams to drive alignment, execute on a cohesive technology strategy, and ensure delivery of initiatives critical to enterprise success.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as Program Manager for the Buyflow Services team, driving execution of the portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver a technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive prioritization of portfolio initiatives, capabilities, and features.
  • Develop and manage communication plans, including executive-level reporting on roadmap delivery and performance.
  • Proactively manage change control, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure commitments are met.
  • Oversee and interpret program/project budgets, data-driven reporting, and presentations.
  • Enable teams to deliver successfully by removing obstacles, aligning priorities, and ensuring resources are managed effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques (Features, Capabilities, Continuous Integration, TDD).
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for executive-level consumption.
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, and problem solving under pressure.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced ability to analyze data, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (W2 only)
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite in St. Louis 4 days/week (3/2 hybrid considered)
