What You'll Be DoingA IT Associate provides technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software. A IT Associate responds to customer queries to provide technical assistance.
What We're Looking For- Diagnose computer errors and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Provide technical support to remedy computer problems.
- Follow up with users after problems have been resolved.
- Install and configure software and operating systems, and update these systems when necessary.
- Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
- Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Train computer users.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Advanced problem‑solving, analytical, and team‑working skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display an openness to learning new technologies.
- Minimum
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent coursework. - Minimum Preferred: 1+ years working in a technical environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
