At LUZCO Technologies, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and creative problem solver who loves turning data into real solutions. This role supports our teams by building dashboards, automating workflows, and improving how information flows across the business.

• Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and custom apps using Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Partner with project teams to uncover opportunities for automation, improved visualization, and digital innovation.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Integrate data from Excel, SQL, and internal systems to ensure seamless reporting.
• Train and support end users on Power Platform tools and custom solutions.
• Communicate insights through clear visuals, presentations, and storytelling.
• Support system and process development to improve data ecosystems and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Track metrics, generate stakeholder reporting, and follow corporate and regulatory procedures.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in software engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, user‑friendly solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, MIS, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Esri tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, etc.) for GIS and spatial analysis.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, or other data integration tools.
• Exposure to workflow automation, business process modeling, or digital transformation in the utility industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, efficient solutions.
