ResponsibilitiesAs IT Manager with the Data Services Reporting team, you will manage the execution of operational, tactical and strategic initiatives on a day‑to‑day basis. You will lead the team to define, analyze, and deliver quality solutions; build trust to influence others; prioritize tasks; identify and resolve roadblocks; and provide project timelines and oversight. You will also develop the team, support career planning and training, interview and hire new members, conduct performance and salary reviews, and nurture a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications Required- U.S. employment authorization without requiring sponsorship
- Residency in St. Louis, Missouri or immediate surrounding area
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities
- 6+ years of related experience
- 3+ years managing application development teams
- Proven success in leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver high‑quality results
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS or related field
- Direct reports experience with 1‑on‑1s, development, hiring and performance management
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Looker, Power
BI, Tableau or Oracle BI - Experience with data visualizations and warehouse concepts
- Experience with Service Now or other enterprise ITSM
- AWS cloud environment experience
- Experience managing work queues such as JIRA or Service Now
- Participation in production outage troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for leadership
