The opportunity

You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, giving you opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish new client relationships, grow your consulting and team‑leadership skills, and gain experiences that define your career.

In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will build software components and services that integrate upstream and downstream, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Here you’ll serve a wide portfolio of clients—each with unique backgrounds and ambitions—so no two days are the same. You could be improving an IT/OM Asset Management process or evaluating AI for delivery to drive visible, cross‑border transformations that challenge conventional wisdom.

  • Act as a workstream lead across all phases of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management projects, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management implementations, aligning business objectives with process and technology transformation.
  • Analyze an organization’s people, process, and technology capabilities, recommend best practices, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
  • Lead client process and design sessions; facilitate requirements workshops with functional or business process subject‑matter experts.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk/issue log management.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • At least two of the following Service Now certifications:
    • Hardware Asset Management Specialist
    • Software Asset Management Specialist
    • Data Foundations Specialist
  • 3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills: written/verbal communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, reliability, and organization.
  • Experience leading and supervising teams.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client needs.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Discovery Specialist certification.
  • Vulnerability Response Specialist certification.
  • Experience with performance analytics and reporting; related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
