Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead plays a crucial role in managing technology within complex projects. This position is responsible for providing expert technical guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project objectives and align with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In .Net, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Effective Coaching And Knowledge Sharing.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards In .Net Development To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Identifying Technical Alternatives, Evaluating Best Packages, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In .Net Framework And Related Technologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices.
3. Strong Knowledge Of Unit Testing, Performance Tuning, And Debugging Techniques.
4. Familiarity With Ci/Cd Processes And Tools, Specifically Jenkins And Devops Practices.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Stakeholders.
