Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Summary
As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of Nestlé Purina’s compensation programs. In this role, you will analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will utilize your strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Provide proactive and ad hoc support to HR Business Partners and Leaders to evaluate jobs and make compensation recommendations based on Nestlé’s compensation philosophy
- Utilize data to inform compensation decisions including salary surveys, internal comparisons, and other relevant information
- Help to educate end users on data quality that feeds compensation processes
- Support compensation events including annual salary reviews, short‑term bonus, and internal equity reviews
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to compensation (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act).
- Participate in compensation‑related projects at the Nestlé in the Market level
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, human resources, or related field
The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 to $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
