Job OverviewThis position works 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings required during times of business need. Travel within the Greater St. Louis area will also be involved up to 25% of the time. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
You will develop and execute broad‑based recruitment strategies to identify and attract volunteers, provide coaching and guidance related to recruitment activities, and support volunteer development and leadership. All duties will be performed in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Management
Experience:

- Community development experience.
- Skills in selling the program.
- Active community presence and relationship building.
- Experience leading volunteers.
- Medical, Dental, Vision plans.
