Role:
Light Industrial & Manufacturing Recruiter

Location:
St. Louis MO (Remote)

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for roles such as Machine Operators, Production Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, QC Technicians, Warehouse Associates, and Chemical Operators
  .
• Use Indeed, Linked In, local job boards, referrals, and community outreach to build strong local talent pipelines.
• Conduct proactive sourcing via cold calling, networking, job fairs, and workforce partnerships
  .
• Screen candidates for skills, availability, pay, and compliance
  , coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide hiring updates.

• 2+ years recruiting experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse staffing
• Strong knowledge of hourly workforce recruitment and high-volume hiring
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, PPE, and industrial work environments

• Experience with temp-to-hire or direct-hire staffing
  , pharma/chemical/manufacturing environments
  , or recruiting in St. Louis/Midwest
