About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our human resources operations. This position will serve as a vital resource for employees and management, handling complex HR administrative functions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
The role is perfect for someone that is eager in developing their HR career in a fast paced and growing organization with lot of potential for growth.
The position is on-site in our Studio in St Louis.
Key Responsibilities
- Employment lifecycle – onboarding and offboarding, including maintaining employee data on HRIS and personal folders, ensuring all documentation complies with recordkeeping requirements.
- Recruitment – uploading new roles on our Recruitment platform, making them live, reviewing applications and organising interviews.
- Right to Work Checks – completing I-9 Forms, verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining I-9 files.
- Benefits Administration – administering health benefits including enrolments, changes, terminations and serve as primary contact for employee inquiries about their benefits.
- Payroll – coordinating payroll preparation process and ensuring data are submitted according to the schedule.
- Performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Supporting Senior Leadership with reports and preparation for periodic performance and compensation review.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
- High proficiency in HRIS administration and strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suit and OS Software essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
