  • High-Volume Recruitment:
    Source, attract, and hire top talent nationwide.
  • Strategic Hiring:
    Lead discussions to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
  • End-to-End Management:
    Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.

    Ensure a delightful journey for candidates, making them eager to join our team.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2+ years in recruiting.
  • Expertise:
    Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law.
  • Attributes:
    Self-motivated, adaptable, relationship-builder, and detail-oriented.
Compensation
  • Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
  • Competitive salary:
    Annual salary range of $55,000-$62,000 + Bonus
