We’re a growing collaborative search firm partnering with St. Louis-based clients to find top talent in finance/ accounting, construction management, legal, and HR. Every search is customized and handled with integrity and discretion.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Recruiter who enjoys networking, problem‑solving, and identifying top talent. You’ll support searches, manage candidate interactions, and help build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct initial interviews
- Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs
- Write and post job descriptions
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community
- Experience utilizing AI to improve efficiency and processes
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of professional experience
- Background in sales, recruiting, business development, or client‑facing roles preferred
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven, with a positive mindset and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
