HR Systems & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, vendor evaluation, implementation, testing, and launch
• Oversee payroll and benefits systems, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution
• Optimize cross functional workflows to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain HR processes, policies, forms, and documentation
• Build dashboards and analytics for HR, Finance, and leadership insights
• Drive change management, communication, and training for new systems and tools

Overview

Our Kforce client, a top-rated legal firm located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the firm’s next generation of HRIS. This newly created role is ideal for a systems-minded HR leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (required)
• 10+ years of HR operations or HRIS experience, including system implementation leadership
• Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP Success Factors, or similar platforms
• Deep knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, and HR technology best practices
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Legal firm or professional services experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
