Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Leader based in St Louis, MO. The Assistant Team Leader will support daily operations, assist in supervision and coordination of team members, and ensure effective implementation of care plans. This role involves direct interaction with clients, providing support, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining open communication with team members and supervisors to achieve optimal service delivery.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or social services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Understanding of evidence-based care practices
- Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles is an advantage
