Position Details
Mercy - Social Worker
Supporting the De Greeff Hospice House and Surrounding Community Looking for a full time Social Worker to provide support to patients in hospice care who are in Franklin and Crawford County.
Responsibilities- Provide support to patients in hospice care in Franklin and Crawford County.
- 16hrs a week - Part Time Weekends (Shift Saturday and Sunday)
- Gas Mileage Offered - $0.70/mile
- Subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate
