Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Non-Exempt)

• Education: Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field.
• Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.

• Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
