Position Details- Night Shift
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 6:30 pm – 7:00 am (may change to Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday in the future)
- Master's Degree of Social Work (MSW) – required
- Illinois state social work license or eligibility to obtain it within 90 days

Under the direction of a physician, the Social Worker assists patients and their families in their residences or inpatient/outpatient settings to adapt and plan an interdisciplinary approach to the patient‑family system.
Responsibilities- Provides direct clinical services to patients and families.
- Plans and implements social work services on assigned clinical services or units in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Collaborates with community human service agencies to meet the needs of patients, families, and the hospital.
- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work.

- 2–5 years of experience in a clinical social work setting.
