- Up to a $2300 Sign on Bonus
- Shift information: Monday - Friday 8 am – 4 pm or possibly 9 am
-5 pm based on client need - Clients/Location:
Residential clients living at Chateau Ann Marie and other residential locations - Who will this person interact with on a regular basis:
Chateau Ann Marie staff, BJC Behavioral Health IRTS treatment team - MUST HAVE skills for this position:
Organization, self-management, comfort with running groups and working with challenging population, teamwork - Job responsibilities: Individual and group therapy
- Example of a typical Day: 4-5 individual client appointments, 1 group xrlwcon (3 times per week), collaboration with treatment team via Microsoft TEAMS and email communication.
- Most common challenges:
We work with clients who have failed in community settings, have very high mental health needs
