Position
Patient Service Specialist – FLOAT/SPLIT
LocationTower Grove, MO
Employment TypeFull‑time
ScheduleTues/Thu: 1:30‑6:30 @ Tower Grove;
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30‑6:30 (floating). Will be required to float into St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, Warren County, St. Charles County, and Illinois counties including Monroe, Madison, St. Clair.
$19 per hour, increase based on experience.
Responsibilities- Greet and register patients and provide information regarding expected visit and next appointment as they check out.
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
- Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation firms, operational leaders, and business development team.
- Collect co‑pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year front desk experience.
- Healthcare experience.
