BJC Medical Group Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Missouri Baptist Medical Center provides superior care for multiple births, high-risk pregnancy, preterm labor, cervical incompetence, multiple gestation and multi-fetal gestation. Their expert providers are very highly trained and experienced in maternal-fetal medicine, and they deliver at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, which is one of the premier hospitals for births and deliveries in the region.

Patient Services Representative (full-time)

Location:

Maternal Fetal Medicine, Creve Coeur (BJC Medical Group in Maternal Fetal Medicine located in Creve Coeur)

Responsibilities, schedule and shift details are described below.

• Handles telephone calls from patients and staff; forwards calls requiring triage.
• Performs receptionist duties with close attention to detail and professionalism.
• Verifies health insurance payment information and educates patients on applicable regulations; collects payments and records data.
• Performs data entry of service charges, including assignment of diagnostic codes and entering all physician and clinic related charges.
• Coordinates information with Central Billing Office to ensure all charges are captured and properly collected.
