Role InformationPosition:
Office Coordinator
Department:
Administrative support for the department(s) as assigned. This role may include, but is not limited to: business, operations, clerical, patient billing and accounting functions, medical records management, reception, and patient scheduling. May supervise other office personnel.
- Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
- Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
- Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
- Provides support to office assistants as assigned.

Additional information about work shifts:
Hiring for Days;
Days - 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; PRN - 3 shifts required per 6 week schedule.
