ResponsibilitiesThis role combines hands-on patient care with administrative support, all within a compassionate, fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about women’s health, we’d love to have you on our team!
- Vitals
- Medication Reconciliation
- Patient Medical History Documentation
- Specimen Collection and preparation
- Procedure set-up
- Advanced Standard Rooming including: mammography ordering
- Injection administration
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Qualifications: New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications- Education:
Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program. - Experience:
One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Approach each day with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
- Demonstrates knowledge of varying differences and behaviors among populations served
