Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Location: St. Louis Hills or surrounding areas within 30 miles

Shift: overnight shifts 8pm‑10am

Hours: 20 hours per week, PRN or Part‑time (can lead to full‑time based on performance)

Home Well is seeking compassionate, reliable, and service‑hearted individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Home Well Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, non‑medical in‑home care to support our clients’ safety, independence, and overall well‑being. You will provide assistance with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help create a comfortable environment where clients feel respected and cared for.

• Provide assistance with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities.
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Experience caring for bedbound patients preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with transfers.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines.
• Familiarity with direct support systems and protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families.

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bedbound: 2 years (Preferred)
• Dementia Care: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hospice Care: 2 years (Preferred)
• Manual Patient Handling: 2 years (Preferred)
• Gait Belt: (Not required but preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• Car insurance (Required)
• Reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be able to commute to St. Louis Hills, MO and relocate before starting work.
