Manager confirmed they could accommodate this 4x10 request: 10/20 10/31 one Friday and one Monday off. 11/3 11/14 one Friday and one Monday off. 12/1 12/12 one Friday and one Monday off. Proposed extension dates (start): 10/19 Proposed extension dates (end): 12/13 (8 weeks) Current Shift (including times) M-F 8hr shifts. Seeking SOME 4x10hr weeks.
