Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Cardiac Telemetry unit on Night shifts in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, EKGs, and respond to arrhythmias promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
