Shifts are available between 7 AM and 11 PM to fit your lifestyle.

Additional opportunities and benefits are provided for weekend shifts.

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged).
• Use of the Swyft CG app and a device that supports the most up‑to‑date version of iOS or Android.
• Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Valid driver’s license or state  reliable transportation.
• High school graduate or GED certificate.
• 18 years old and over.
