We're looking for a people-focused Medical Assistant ready to support our patients while working alongside our providers delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The MA may assist with clinical procedures, maintains accurate documentation, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

MA Clinic Academy training required upon hire. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required for Hospital Outpatient Departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will attend MA Clinic Academy training.

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• One year experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
• Demonstrates knowledge of varying differences and behaviors among populations served.

• Outpatient clinical setting with frequent patient interaction.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and use of clinical equipment.
• Potential exposure to infectious materials; PPE provided.
