Regional Director of Rehab St. Louis, MO

Overview

We are growing and adding an additional Regional Director of Rehab to our team!
Regional Director of Therapy based in St. Louis, MO!

• Responsible for managing and directing the rehabilitation services within the SNF including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
• With support from the COO of Rehabilitation Services, the position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services through the delivery of cost-effective and quality services.
• Expected to exercise management responsibility over the areas ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical partners, and staff.
• Will oversee daily operations of 6-10 SNF across St. Louis, MO.

• Must reside in St. Louis, MO to be considered or willing to relocate within 30 days of offer.
• Must be a licensed therapist or therapy asst. in the state of Missouri or another state and obtain Missouri licensure.
• Must be able to travel 75-90% of the time. This is NOT a remote position.
• Prior Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care multi site experience is required.
