Overview
We are growing and adding an additional Regional Director of Rehab to our team!
Regional Director of Therapy based in St. Louis, MO!
- Responsible for managing and directing the rehabilitation services within the SNF including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
- With support from the COO of Rehabilitation Services, the position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services through the delivery of cost-effective and quality services.
- Expected to exercise management responsibility over the areas ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical partners, and staff.
- Will oversee daily operations of 6-10 SNF across St. Louis, MO.
- Must reside in St. Louis, MO to be considered or willing to relocate within 30 days of offer.
- Must be a licensed therapist or therapy asst. in the state of Missouri or another state and obtain Missouri licensure.
- Must be able to travel 75-90% of the time. This is NOT a remote position.
- Prior Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care multi site experience is required.
