Mehlville Fire Protection District (MFPD) provides Fire, EMS, and Mobile Integrated Health to the communities we serve. We cover 52 square miles and respond to over 17,000 calls per year. • Ability to work four or five 24‑hour shifts per pay period (2,920 hours per year)
• Must hold current and valid Missouri State RN license
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the last five years in either:
  • An adult level 1 or level 2 trauma center emergency department and TNCC & CEN
  • Helicopter EMS agency that responds to scene flights and CFRN
• Must hold CFRN or obtain CFRN within 12 months of hire
• Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must have a valid, current driver’s license

• EMT/Paramedic certification
• ICU experience
• TNCC certification
• CCRN certification
• CEN certification
• ATCN certification
• CFRN certification
• ATLS, PHTLS, and ITLS certifications
• BSN and/or MSN
• Initial salary is $84,130 annually, plus an additional $7,000 with CFRN certification ($91,130 annually)
• After one year, $92,047 plus an additional $7,000 for CFRN certification ($99,047 annually)
• After two years, $98,976 plus an additional $7,000 for CFRN certification ($105,976 annually)
